Good food with decent prices but absolutely horrible service! We sat at our table for 20 minutes, saw two other groups of guests get sat after we did AND they got drinks and orders taken before us. No one came to talk to us after we were sat. I don't know if anyone would have even noticed us if my husband wouldn't have shown his frustration to the sushi chef. So disappointed. No going back.

I will not be back. After today's experience there is no way I would ever eat there. I waited 40 minutes for 5 rolls and in that 40 minutes 2 other tables came in had their food before me and finished their food while I still had none of my order served.

Unlike other sushi bars, this one is consistent with their menu items. Always taste the same no matter who's behind the counter. Several menu items and lots to choose from. Needs new carpet or no carpet at all. Maybe a little more tlc with the decor. But that doesn't matter, I'll still visit again and again. The chefs are pretty good about having me try something I've never had before.

Not impressed lately. Others have commented on the small portion of seaweed salad, $5 for a small but tasty serving. The Sushi bento had three pieces of sushi , a small blob of seaweed salad and a decent portion of California rolls. My spicy pork bento was good, really nice side of tempura veggies and shrimp. Salmon was good and cooked right. Server could use some instruction. Sake cups were brought on her fingertips... Service is a tad slow with one sushi chef on a Sunday night.

The sushi here is neither the best nor the worst I've enjoyed. It is acceptably good. The bento bowls are better imho. The place is clean. They have a practice of occasionally sending samples of sushi around to expand people's awareness of their sushi offerings. I've found some things I like as a result. Their crunchy caterpillar roll is quite tasty. We eat here occasionally and, as others have said, the food is consistent. The décor is kind of trendy and dark.

Far from spectacular. Unimpressive atmosphere. A ridiculously small portion of seaweed salad for $5! The place was busy, so at least someone thinks its OK. Then again, Pueblo West has no other options for sushi.

A lot of hype here. The place is average. Its not bad at all, but nothing to really brag about. I prefer Miyaki's in town over this place any day. Look, if you are in pueblo west looking for a decent sushi place, definitely stop here. However if you have the time to drive a little further, go to Miyaki's on the north side or Sushi Garden on the south side. The atmosphere is much better at both places, and so is the quality! Sorry Mo Mo West fans, you just haven't sold me here yet. Sushi fans that live in Pueblo West come here for convenience.

So we had a getaway weekend near Pueblo, Colorado. It was mid-afternoon, getting hungry, then low and behold a Sushi Bar! So we drove up to the inviting restaurant. Inside we were greeted with "Irashimasen" by the hostess. So we sat and studied the menu. There was a pretty good variety of rolls and the prices were decent. It was cool outside so we ordered Hot Green Tea. We were treated with two side salads. One with the typical Miso dressing, the other with a very delicious Orange ginger dressing mixed with freshly minced carrots. We ordered the nigirizushi combo plate. Nice presentation, good taste, and not chewy. Next, a cut roll made with eel and cucumber inside with salmon blanketing the outside. The mix was good since the eel inside was a little crispy which complimented the soft orange exterior. The chef provided regular and hot ponzo, plus regular and spicy eel sauces on the side. To top off our meal we had an eye and mouth pleasing Anenimi roll (salmon base, avocado, crab, with green onion inside). This was our dessert. We couldn't destroy the sushi flavor with something sweet this time!

This place is a great find. It is casual in appearance but the food is classy. Try the jalapeno sushi and the soft shell crab appetizers. YUMMY! The is a Pueblo must try. You will love it.

Most of the sushi in the area is good and Mo Mo West is right on par. Their staff on the other hand is typically more patient and helpful. As a local looking for sushi, I am willing to take the extra five minute drive to Mo Mo West.
